Urmas graduated from Arizona State University in May 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, which he has applied and honed throughout his professional career. With over two decades of civil infrastructure design experience and a commitment to excellence, Urmas is a valuable asset in cost-effective design. His projects have included the design of public water and sewer infrastructure, roadway and stormwater improvements, and private land development projects. His career reflects a blend of technical proficiency, project management skills, and a dedication to serving the client.
